**Terms and Conditions**

 Welcome to Harris Sculptures and Art, your destination for unique art pieces. By
accessing our website and making a purchase, you agree to comply with the
following terms and conditions:

**Description of Services**: Harris Sculptures and Art offers a wide range of
artworks for sale, including sculptures, laser cuts and hand crafted
goods. We also provide customization services upon request.

**Pricing and Payment**: All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and
include applicable taxes. Payment can be made through credit/debit cards,
PayPal, or crypto. Payment is due at the time of purchase.

**Order Processing**: Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days. Any cancellations or modifications must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.

**Shipping and Delivery**: We offer domestic and international shipping. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times will be
provided based on your location. In the event of damaged or lost shipments,
please contact us immediately for assistance.

**Consumer Rights**: Our policies adhere to the Consumer Guarantees Act and
Fair Trading Act of New Zealand, ensuring your rights are protected. If you
have any concerns about your purchase, please contact us for resolution.

**Privacy Policy**: We respect your privacy and will only collect necessary
information for order processing. Your data will be securely stored and will
not be shared with third parties.

**Intellectual Property**: All art pieces sold by Harris Sculptures and Art are
protected by copyright. Reproduction or resale of our art without permission is
prohibited.

**Dispute Resolution**: Any disputes will be handled through negotiation and
mediation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to
arbitration.

**Returns and Refunds**: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be in their original condition. Refunds will be processed within 10 business
days of receiving the returned item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at harrissculpturesandart@outlook.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address that you will receive in an email responding to the return and refund claim.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

**Damages and issues**: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

**Exceptions / non-returnable items**: Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items) Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

**Exchanges**: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

**European Union 14 day cooling off period**: Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

**Refunds**: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
